There is another thread about RDF training time, which got me to thinking. How much time to PDF members spend in training annually? Is it structured (i.e. four weeks a year every year, or whenever you get a chance) And is this enough time?

First hand comments PDF members or fairly recent ex members only please. I don't really want to know about what our PDF CQ or my friend Johnny's cousin Pat said.
Take these men and women for your example.
Like them, remember that posterity can only
be for the free; that freedom is the sure
possession of those who have the
    courage to defend it.

Liberty is being free from the things we don't like in order to be slaves of the things we do like.

If you're not ready to die for it, put the word freedom out of your vocabulary.

I already replyed to this but for some reason my posts were deleted.
PDF training varies from unit to unit. As the PDF developes more and more units are being involved in large scale exercises. There really isnt a difinitive answer to this question. It depends what unit you are in as to whether you excerise regularly or not.

That would be correct - after induction & initial training for a soldier anyway.
