  • British Army Fitness Programme

A year or two ago, The Guardian newspaper in the UK published a series of small booklets which set out the British Army Fitness Programme. The documents have since been made into a book which can be gotten HERE. Luckily for those that are interested, I came across the digital version of these while going through my USB Keys!!

I was hoping to upload it here, but there are 6 files, and even zipped it is way way over the upload limit for the site. So I have hosted it HERE. There is a limited amount of times it can be downloaded, and it will stay there for 90 days. If the limit is hit, I will re upload it.

    Later,

Seems like the file has hit its download limit already...I am working on either getting it up as a torrent or hosting it elsewhere

I'm uploading it on Scribd at the moment. Is it the series of 6 booklets entitled "The Official Army Fitness Guide" which was available from the Guardian website last year??

Edit - The first two can be downloaded here

The Guardian also sent a journalist to attempt the basic fitness test

They're available on Scribd to view and download.

Might save you some hassle looking for more torrents!
