Hi Cal,
I'm in no hurry. I draw aircraft and military vehicles from time to time and I've never seen interior pictures of either.

You could post your drawings here if you like, I'm sure they'd be appreciated.

Hi all
This is a before-and-after shot of Cal.The US Army gave him an ultimatum; lose the belly, the glasses and the dodgy shirt and we'll give you a big tank to play with.

What can I say? The other bloke is a Major, so he outranks me. He also works from a Scorpion turret.

AML 90 will be at the American car show in Kilbeggan on Sun 3 Sept. You can take photos then. Sorry for delay it was to be at the Fairyhouse show but it never happened.

Military vehicles will also be on show I have attended for the last 2 years. This year I will have 3 vehicles of my own. Last year there was about 20.

Hi all
The American car Show was very entertaining, with a huge amount of US-origin vehicles there, including many large ones with current Irish plates.Quite a few down from Norn Iron, as well. YOs AML-90 was there and he allowed me to crawl all over it.It looked really well and is certain to turn the D.Cav's head. Lads, I take my hat off to anyone who's ever crewed one. They are TINY inside. Quite how anyone was expected to get out in an emergency, is beyond me.....apart from that, a tenner into the Car Show was a bit cheeky, especially since the grub inside was quite pricey,too....the Fashion Police shoulda been around, rounding up the "victims" in cowboy outfits and hard biker outfits.Still, it was Westmeath, after all...:)
regards and thanks again to YO.

Its not that the AML is cramped, its just all the space is being used for something else.

I still have bruises on my shoulders from banging off the Intercom box.

somebody posted a picture of an AML 90 some where reg. Number NZH 15...can I see that photo again..reason being that all the NSH fleet were AML60s...so how did it end up with an AML90 turret...?

Heh. That's the same Scorpion I was photographed in. There's an AML-90 (Eland -90 actually) parked right next to it.

I'm sure he has pictures not on his website, if there's any particular part of the vehicle you need I can ask him. He's a member of my modelling club. Unfortunately, he also sells CDs of pictures, so I'm not sure quite how generous he is.
