My father served in the Irish Army for 28 years retiring as a captain around 1960. I have many pieces of his uniforms but cannot find an officer's cap and FF badge. Can anyone on the forum help me with this? Is the current Irish Army officer's cap the same as those worn in the late 50s early 60s? If so, where can I buy a new cap and badge?
