    Here's Blarna in '86. She is the vessel to the right. While I see it, the building on the hill to the extreme left was the island prison. A relaxed affair that was, from what I was told, as wives and girlfriends could come and go at most times! Never had that in the digger!

              Emer still looks good after all this time. Nice to note the weapons refits.

                              Is Dublin or Cork expecting a visit from the Japanese Navy?.

                              Three of their vessels, JDS Asagiri / JDS Umigiri / JDS Kashima are due in Portsmouth this morning.

                              I wonder if they will be making an Irish visit.
