            AFAIK some of that recruit platoon are from the most recent competition, if the will and availability is there you can get someone through the recruitment process and to 2* within <9 months

                    Training is forthcoming for RDF officers who will be sitting on interview boards for same. So things seem to be in train alright

                    • If anyone has problems getting JI or find out dates about courses dont be afraid to ask. Many so-called leaders are happy to sit on information in their inbox and do fk-all with it instead of forwarding it or putting it on a notice board.

                      • when do you guys reckon the course would begin? Its over two years right ?

                        Where is it run out of? -Cadet Sch? And what are the requirements generally (what have they been in the past ;education , rank, age etc) thanks!

                          Would be likely to be Quarter 1 2019

                          It’s a 2 year course with a big time commitment

                          Conducting unit is Cadet Sch

                          NCO recommended by interview board convened by GOC who is under 35 on day of interview, medical classification of at least YY22512

                          A degree (or other qualification) holder recommended by interview board convened by COS who is under 45 on day of interview, medical classification of at least YY22512

                          See DFR R5 Section 27 & Admin Instr R5 Section 64
