Oh you are such a Drama Queen.

3 comrades were killed on my trip with the 46th Bn

May they +Rest In Peace +

but, where did I say every trip in the past was a cushy number?

However, there is more than enough pictorial evidence posted by Irish U.N.I.F.I.L.
veterans on Facebook alone to show there was lots of time to relax.

A UN convoy has been hit by a bomb near the city of Sidon, in southern Lebanon, killing an Italian peacemaker and wounding four others, officials say.

A spokesman for the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (Unifil) told Reuters the bomb had been aimed at a logistics convoy.

              No Fatalities.

BEIRUT: A roadside bomb blew up a U.N. vehicle on a highway leading to the southern Lebanese port city of Sidon Friday, wounding six Italian peacekeepers, two seriously, security sources told The Daily Star.

Looks like a Pinz with a canvas Tilt.
I believe one of the Italian Soldiers has since died.

Comments by UNIFIL Spokesperson Neeraj Singh on today's incident targeting a UNIFIL logistics convoy

                        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

27 May 2011 - "According to preliminary reports, there was an explosion late afternoon that targeted a UNIFIL logistics convoy along the main highway near Saida.

Six UNIFIL peacekeepers were injured in the explosion, one of them seriously and five with moderate injuries. Two civilians who were in the area were also injured.

This is a despicable act that is clearly directed at undermining UN Security Council resolution 1701 and stability in the south.

More likely its an attempt to shift attention from Syria's home based problems by getting their Hezzie puppets to target the U.N.I.F.I.L. force.
