    May he rest in peace,

Peacekeeping is not a soldiers job but only a soldier can do it

He left to serve our country in aid of another.

Condolences to his family & to the family of all parties injured in the accident. Our thoughts go out to all his comrades still in Liberia who remain there, and all the Irish troops heading over.

"Never forget.....that this flesh, this body, does not belong to us. Thank God it doesn't. If I thought this stuff was mine, I could not advance a pace into the face of the enemy. But it is not ours, my friend. It belongs to god and to our children, our fathers and mothers and those of Ireland a hundred, a thousand years yet unborn. It belongs to the country which gives us all we have and demands no less in requital."

See you at the ERV, Fluff

In the service of his country, a debt of gratitude is owed to Him.

A fantastic example of a Ranger. Quiet, professional, enthusiastic when under pressure, courteous and amiable. I'll miss him and I barely knew him. I cried at his funeral and all that were there can admit the same. My best to his family and all his colleagues and their families this season.
