  • True, but I don't believe the toxic relationship was in the public domain in the past.
    There has always been some level of staffing issues, but the sudden loss of key people with skills vital to the operation of the organisation was never as quick to develop.
    The dive in morale was also pretty sudden.
    In other times under his command parts of the NS were voted one of the best places to work in some surveys. Awards were won to this effect.
    Now people are leaving to go on the dole.
    All pretty unprecedented in 2011.
    For now, everything hangs on implementation of the CoDF report.
