I didn't get offered counselling when it happened to me!

I didn't get offered it either on the curragh firing range. Nobody offerred to clean the mud from my uniform either after I was told to hit the deck.
I'm more concerned though about reports that the cadets were in tears...
For now, everything hangs on implementation of the CoDF report.

LFTT can be done in Fort davis.

BTW anybody here ever experience a severe stress reaction??? Look up the symptoms of combat stress in the DF leadership doctrine before passing judgement on someone experiencing a traumatic event.
"Let us be clear about three facts. First, all battles and all wars are won in the end by the infantryman. Secondly, the infantryman always bears the brunt. His casualties are heavier, he suffers greater extremes of discomfort and fatigue than the other arms. Thirdly, the art of the infantryman is less stereotyped and far harder to acquire in modern war than that of any other arm." ------- Field Marshall Wavell, April 1945.
