    That Merlin doesn't look as if it will actually be able to land on the deck. Fit yes. Land, no.
    For now, everything hangs on implementation of the CoDF report.

              International Law. Warship is a ship belonging to the Armed Forces of a Nation, bearing the external markings and distinguishing characteristics and nationality of such a ship, under the command of an officer duly commissioned by the state and whose name is recorded in the register (gazette) of officers of the State. I think all of ours meet the definition.
