    Really impressive interview.
In the aftermath of two successive rescues with high casualty counts, personnel directly involved should receive ongoing care at appropriate levels. Dramatic scenes lasting for hours and feelings of wishing you could do more can last a lifetime. Impressive is the right word.

Absolutely but also it requires immediate action which is why PSS personnel were flown out after this specific tasking.

for at least one rotation PSS were flown out and remained on board for the voyage back to Ireland

it also demonstrates the value of a flexible capacity ship that can take extra personnel with work spaces for individual processing. The incidents, with loss of life, have left it's mark.
