Given the results of the survey, especially if expanded to the entire DF it looks like we can shut the shop is 2-3 years. This will meet the steady decline in the DF budget now at 0.2% of GDP when pensions are excluded. A few million here or there is now going to save the DF now. Any young person looking for a job is going to take one look at the DF and run. An organisation with no investment (shows the lack of government commitment and priority) and with a image of poor conditions especially initial pay. Why would they not run?
