If you fix the drydock in Haulbowline you need to invest in cranes too. A drydock is useless without it. Mobile cranes driving around shoreside just don't do the job.

A few million would go a long way in Cork dockyard too , however its current owner is reluctant to spend any money on it. When things break, they rarely get fixed. A south facing dry dock would be a much better option there, however the housing developments of the last few years nearby have ruled out any chance of any improvement being made to it, even if the money was available.
