I see on the STX Marine site under NEWS, a release about "STX Canada Marine reunites with Babcock Marine and Appledore Shipyards for new Irish OPV" and there is a CGI of their PV90 design for the NS:

Looks good!

There is a new "stealth" turret for the 76mm. It could be either that of the Bofors 57mm Mk3.
The graphic looks generic. It could be either.

However it wouldn't be necessary, if an EOS is included.

76mm would make common sense even if the Mk3 57mm Bofors is an equal but less expensive option.
Cost of course will be under the usual scruitiny when the weapons fit comes under the micro scope.
I would assume the current PVs will be stripped of their Rhinos to fit out the P60s as they replace each other in service.Covid 19 is not over ....it's still very real..Hand Hygiene, Social Distancing and Masks.. keep safe

The new OPVs appear to be a slightly upgraded and stretched Rosins... These two new OPVs are going to be excellent replacements...
There will be other subtle differences in machine gearing to reduce fuel consumption and increase in draught to make them more stable,Covid 19 is not over ....it's still very real..Hand Hygiene, Social Distancing and Masks.. keep safe
