Who / what is doing the transport?
Is it a bit silly keeping the hi-vis on the EOD truck? It makes targetting easier.
Is it the anti-skid surface on the APCs roofs that makes them look dirty?
What happens when you get a rolling sea and the vehicles shift, despite being strapped down?

The number of mowag Piranhas is public record. 40 APCs in the first batch,(including medic command and workshop versions) 25 in the second batch and the balance made up of CRV and MRVs for Cavalry.
80 in total.
25 LTAVs will eventually be delivered, but I don't think the second batch arrived yet.
