This is one of the most recent Squadron badge to be introduced into the Irish Air Corps. It is worn by personnel of 303 Squadron, No. 3 Operations Wing which is the heli wing. The badge represents the technical elements of the wing. Like most of the Air Corps badges this was a limited production badge.

The centre piece looks like the head of Cylon centurian:cool:



And yes I know it's actually supposed to represent a spanner/helicopter
