  • Laurence Dwyer, Editor Flying in Ireland, RIP

    Laurence Dwyer, Editor of Flying in Ireland magazine, passed away Saturday morning following illness.

    Flying in Ireland magazine has certainly been a friend to the Irish Air Corps during Laurence's time at the helm.

    Deepest condolences to Mark and family.

    Sorry to hear that, I always enjoyed

    reading his magazine

    deepest sympathies to his family and freinds
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
    Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
    The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
    The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.

          Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
          Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
          Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
          Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
