        Do not think so its quiet here at the moment. had a small bit of hassle in the city last week( http://www.irishmilitaryonline.com/b...ead.php?t=4856) probably heard about it on the news thats really all. they are *** going up there on *** so should know more than. what company your coming out with mate.

                Parts,did ye get daysacks issued for Liberia?What about jungle boots or magnums?Just curious as all we got for Kosovo were the shit desert boots. :confused:

                    No daysacks; did get magnums. They're not that great in the wet, should be ok in the dry season, though.

                            Yeah Goldie f*****g desert boots.We used to wear them on normal patrols,but wore black boots on pre-planned ops such as searchs and crc training(riot drill fyi).And cos the weatherwas so warm most of the lads bought magnums in the px's.God knows why we werent issued them if the UNMIL guys got them.
                            p.s;any of you lads use battle vests as opposed to chestrigs?Thought i saw a few pictures of lads wearing them. :tri:
