Frank served for 42 yearsmost of which was with the 11th Fld S&T.

There are few that had contact with the unit that did not know him and many who had no contact knew him by reputation. There are many stories to be told in many barracks around the country about him but they all tel of him as a real soldier. Loyal to the men and to the service..

In recent years he fell to ill health and was kept away from unit functions.

    RIP

I remember Sgt Kelly, a man of great character and a great soldier, and friend to real deal FCA and PDF Soldiers alike... I lost touch with him when I joined the PDF, but always admired him for the real deal soldier he was.... and always will be!!.. Blue Skies Sarge!!... Blue Skies!!..... He will be missed!!...May he rest in peace!!..
