                      Hopefully there won't be the same level of horse manure involved in allowing a colour party
                      to carry the coffin at the funeral, as there was with the death of L/Cpl Ian Malone RIP.

                      "Well, stone me! We've had cocaine, bribery and Arsenal scoring two goals at home. But just when you thought there were truly no surprises left in football, Vinnie Jones turns out to be an international player!" (Jimmy Greaves)!"

                        Apparently Ranger Cupples was buried in Lithuania aproximately 10 days ago :confused:. Sourse will follow soon.

                          Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
                          Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
                          The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
                          The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
                          The best lack all conviction, while the worst
                          Are full of passionate intensity.

                            "On Saturday 20 September, the funeral of Ranger Jason Cupples took place in Vilnius, Lithuania. Major R K, a bugler, a piper and a full Royal Irish Regiment bearer party were present to pay their last respects on behalf of C (Ranger) Company, the Battalion and indeed the Regiment. May Ranger Cupples Rest in Peace."

                              Gentlemen, Ranger Cupples was a soldier in the Battalion that I think of as home. I joined this forum simply to post a piece on a brave Irish soldier who gave his life protecting the helpless in Liberia and found this while waiting for my registration to be completed.

                              Your comments here have almost moved me to tears.

                              God bless you.
