  • R.I.P Ronnie Mc Clean

    On Tuesday the 30th May, CQMS Ronnie Mc Clean passed away.

    He is a former member of B Coy 20th Bn, 2nd Field Med Coy and Med Coy 62 L.S.B have served in the Reserve for some 43 years.

    He was a excellent soldier and a good friend.

    Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

    Removal tomorrow (Thursday) at half five from Rialto church. Burial after ten o clock mass on Friday.

    Ronnie, you will be sadly missed

      I went into an Italian restaurant and ordered dessert and they gave me tiramisu and a blindfolded horse and I said No, I said mask a pony (mascarpone)

            I done a course with Ronnie many yrs ago, he was a gentleman.
            May he rest in peace.

                          I only got to know Ronnie over the past few months, he was an absolute gentleman.
                          Condolences to all the McClean family, our prayers are with you.

                            A very heart felt thank you to everyone from the 2nd fld, 20thBn, and 11th fld, members of the pdf, DFB, EHB, and everyone who attended my Da's funeral. He would have been so proud of the send off he got.

                            Rest in Peace Da. Too good to be forgotten.
