  • Colour scheme for Alouettes

If the alouettes can be painted like this, why not paint them green now?

    Hi there
Waste of time, since they are to be retired next month. They're going to be sold off so you can go and buy one and paint it anyway you like.

As far as I know, at present, one is being preserved [non flying]

          Hi there
212 is being kept because,as a derelict, it is unsaleable. It's already in the Museum.the rest will find ready homes elsewhere.
          regards

Hopefully the many new members of the Helicopter owners club in ireland will jump at the chance to keep them flying here.

Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

Not so sure about new homes for Alouette. The Swiss have being trying to sell their ones for a while now with no takers

                Hi there
Like all the other sell-offs, they'll be "priced to sell".
                regards
