The operational information removed related to possible ATCP ops regarding large amounts of cash being moved. (It is possibly ok to post this a day or more after the operation).

I for example could post the day of the week that the cash escort goes through my area, so could many members of the public as they see it. However, as per rule 4 it is operational info.
