An AW139, an EC135, a Garda chopter and the M50

Hey hey,
Today at about 16.30 as I was on the M50 heading southbound to Bray I noticed hovering above the M50 the three helicopters mentioned above. they didnt seem to be going anywhere, as if monitoring the traffic. Anyone got an insight?
