                  Basically the government are saying....."sure ye dont really need the helicopter..dont ye have the lifeboats for free! And if things get really bad,and ye are going to drown,ring us first so we can move the helicopter 50 miles closer....
                  and if the excrement hits the air conditioning,we can always call on the Brits...sure they never really went away...."

                      I notice the website linked to above no longer exists. Is this due to the attention it recieved due to this issue?
