  • New GOC

    Brigadier General Paul Fry is the new General Officer Commanding The Air Corps.

    Best of luck in the new job,
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
    Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
    The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
    The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.

        First met him in the Glen in 1976 when he was a cadet and I was on my NCOs course.
        Flew many hundreds of flying hours with him on SAR and various other Heli ops!
        Happy Days!!! Brilliant pilot and a gentleman!
        Congratulations Paul!! Richly deserved!!
        Best of Luck in the new post!

            Hopefully his influence will upgrade the air corps to a level where they are a deployable outfit, with proper military capability, rather than the government taxi service that it has become.
