747 cant land in the DON so why drop the support equipment there and transport them all way across town. It saves on LOGS.
British officer: You're seven minutes late, Mr. Collins.
Michael Collins: You've kept us waiting 700 years. You can have your seven minutes.

[As the British flag comes down]

Michael Collins: So that's what all the bother was about.

Most likely equipment directly related to the support of aircraft. AF1 and all the associated heavy plant will be landing at Dublin.

I have pictures of what was offloaded, but I wont post them until after the visit. Nothing too interesting looking.

Anyway, Baldonnel has had a kinda busy week - they have had enough on their plate!
'He died who loved to live,' they'll say,
'Unselfishly so we might have today!'

Fair enough. I'm assuming POTUS is arriving at Dublin, not Baldonnel, then?

No less than four of the above now parked on the West Apron. Starting to resemble a US Army base. No camera at work today unfortunately.

Of course, the US have been in Dublin Airport before - I remember many years ago going up to the back road of the airport (with a mate who had a car and a scanner) to watch a couple of USAF F111's (I think) leave after some air-show. They both took off side by side, afterburners going, made a real show of it, went vertical as soon as they were off the runway, they must have been at 1000 ft by the time they were over the perimeter fence.

There was quite a crowd there to see them off, and when the scanners crackled into life with the next plane taking off, everybody cracked up when the Control Tower says "British Airways flight 123, you are cleared for take-off. Lets see you beat that!"
'He died who loved to live,' they'll say,

Marine 1 and 2 arrived today on two C17's. Blackhawks for this visit. GTTC will know their current location quite well.
