    Have you a link? Or is it from the CoDF implementation plan?
    For now, everything hangs on implementation of the CoDF report.

        Here is what was said back in the 2015 White Paper: "the development of a radar surveillance capability is a priority for the Air Corps".
        Nearly 10 years on and they still do not have the capability, so was it a priority? How can the planning be trusted? It is easy to write things about wishes on paper, different thing when things need to be procured and paid for especially when it comes to capability expansion beyond what we already have.

          It was certainly a priority but the budget was never made available. It took a lot of lobbying for that. This is politics unfortunately. Every department in the government has their white whale projects that they're always chasing funding for
