Dare I suggest you either phone the DoD in Dublin and get them to mail you the form or phone the Don and ask for whoever deals with PR/recruitment or simply present yourself at the gate and ask for a form! If you're near a secondary school, call in and ask to speak to the career guidance teacher. She/He will definitely have the recruitment gen, as the PDF sends them lot of stuff every year. You've got two months to get off your hind legs!
