Yes the LE CIara was there as were about 70 or 80 pleasure craft anchored off shore, well you never seen a more well controlled lineup of boats at anchor thanks to Ciara and crew they were brilliant, last year the boats were all over the place but this year the Navy and Garda took over and told them where they could and could not anchor.
