I shall try and explain in words of two syllables or less. The clothes worn by the Finn are probably (that means maybe) WW2 Waffen SS DPM. Given that the Finns were allies of the Germans for part of WW2.

A man in the north west of Ireland, some years ago was caught making fake WW2 German uniforms and authenticating (that means making them look original) them in the manner I described.

All of the above is in jest (that means a joke).
