Can anyone tell me are we the only first world country to have a reserve in the state it is in??I know we are neutral but what is switzerlands reserve like??if they have one..I just cant understand that our reserve army are so unequipped and treated the way we are..look at the finns and there deployment of reserves overseas how come it works so well there??
