    Well then I am startng there training schedual week after next it seems to look good!

    I really think that the DF are reading these boards. They are improving their site weeks after there were somethings posted on these boards about there site.

    Or elses they just wanted an upgrade (but my other thought is preferred!.
    I probably am wrong, sorry about that!!!

    Please PM me to correct me.

    But, not if I state an opinion, only if I state something as truth!!!

    I have bad opinions but I stick by them!!!

      the guy demonstrating the sit ups

      whats the story with his chest

      has he the dreadful disease of square lumpy chest itis
      Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
      Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
      The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
      The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
      The best lack all conviction, while the worst
      Are full of passionate intensity.

          I hate that situp.

            Those situps are insanely easy!
            Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
            Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
            Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
            Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

                      After doing about 100 of them in a day, it feels like your neck is about ready to snap, sleep is not fun that way. Plus the old ones are easier to breath through.
