Whilst waiting in the barracks in Limerick today for my band to step off i noticed a soldier in combats wearing a beret with a multi coloured mohican hair cut!! I also noticed that everyone around him even didnt notice and carried on as normal. I ask the question has standards slipped so much and is this normal ? and if it isnt why hasnt he been gripped !!!:confused: :confused: :confused:
