Oh I assumed that the Avatar could be anyone. There is more than one person with a miss leading avatar, like a certain person with 2LSB avatar that pops up form time to time. However your verification + Limerick identified him as a certain person to whom I would have to acknowledge as far more informed on this topic than I could be.

And I am sure he knows me well too.

    One question springs to mind.

If the CIS CQ has no tech grade, is it a little odd that he, the 62CIS CQ I mean, is often the one that is teaching the Reg Sigs course?

          Funny because its true!!!!!!!!!!

But it must be hard to get a CQ then. Sgt tech 5 is not going to want to take the job, is he?

The equivalent is an "technical officer" I think.

With all the talk of shortages of engineers and trades persons in the PDF, how come there are no DE positions being advertised?

If that is the case Kermit, why do we keep hearing about the shortages? Is there an issue or not?

What type of engineers were they, Kermit? No point having 200 electrical engineers and advertising for more if you're short on mechanical engineers
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
