Hiya, I am looking for anyones experience or knowledge about if you purchased you way out of the defence forces and you wanted to rejoin at a later date into a different part (ie navy to army) would this make someone unable to rejoin in an interview or your app form.
    any help would be great
    cheers.

Not unless you're gone over the age limit, had unsatisfactory service or a medical problem.

You may not get the equivalent tech pay if the vacancy you are qualified for is already filled. Also you would have to do recruit training all over again. If its a case that you have lost your job, I'd recommend going back to college, spend an extra year or 2 to get a degree based on your (dundalk?) course.

cheers for the help lads. one more question what is the likelyhood of you getting to choose the barracks you want to get stationed to after recruit training? or is it out of your hands altogether.
