            Probably wouldn't have made a difference, a shadow's a shadow.

All in all, a great atmosphere and a well contested competition.

Well done to the 32nd ,had been waiting for that one for a while.

Any times on the plates ...not that it really matters as its all down to plates knocked.

But would be inetrested to see what the timings were,

Yet again the trophy stays in the south where it belongs.

32nd won 65th runners up, as a firer i didnt see that right hand plate until the OC turned usround and pointed it out? we were cheering as we thought we'd won the first round!!! the shame!

Also there were one or two issues about the shadowed plate, whistle blasts and orders given during the first round which i wont go into here, but fair due to the deserving winners, they were tough competition and excellent shots their times were all around the 18-21 second range, we managed a 19 or 20 ourselves and won the second round of the final but it all went horribly wrong in the end!!! we'll be back next year with tracer rounds :D well done 32nd.

it would not be the all army if

                      insert your own conditions ...

The video was consulted on a few occaisions - one of the heats came down to 9/100's of a second. As for the shadowed plate, from the 200 it looked like it was knocked sideways but that was just the way the light had come across it - it simply wasn't hit.

Good to see a Decent NSR participation, for a change.

The Weather was shocking on Saturday, How did it affect the competition? Sunday was amazing.

                            Weather conditions on Range 2

"The Weather was shocking on Saturday, How did it affect the competition? "

Simple answer is - Those that could shoot in the conditions shot ! - those that couldn't ..didn't !

The last practice (moving practice) in the HK sorted the men from the boys !!, which at that time was the worst of the weather. Four shooters on 63/66 into the moving practice.

Then again, we can't be sunshine soldiers all of the time !

Ranges in very good condition, no issues with patching on Range 2, as in previous years during wet weather.

Much difference in scores with the H&K, compared to the Browning automatic catapult?
