I meant to ask this before, but... In the NEWS section before Christmas there was an article referring to the Taoiseach and the Minister of Defence visiting troops and it said the Maj. Gen. Pat O'Sullivan was acting CoS, does anyone know why? Has Lieut. Gen. Early retired?
