Money as an incentive is 'dirty' but I think a gratuity of even 2000 euro would be a game changer for increasing engagement and meeting of KPIs.

The recommendation to remove some of the pay bureaucracy is also welcome. Some people have no problem getting 50 mandays others find it difficult to be approved for >14 mandays

some units will pay weekends on courses
some units will extend everyone to up to 21 days
some units won’t pay over 14 days
some units will extend over 21 days
for all those that do there are others who don’t
My experience is that is massively bureaucratic and you often have to give more notice to get paid on time than you get of the event.

In another, anyone who turned up and did their ARP got their annual training. The unit also did paid duties during the summer months, and would slot in with neighbouring units if required to facilitate those who were unable to attend the official annual training. Use our units mandays, our rations but on someone elses camp. As I was unemployed during some of this time, I got so many mandays while with this unit, I had to inform the local dole office that I was a part time employee, and got dole accordingly. I was not the exception, the Q was well used to stamping the form for dole office.
The third also liked to co-locate camps with other units. Made the whole admin thing easier to manage. Courses done at weekends were paid, no questions asked,For now, everything hangs on implementation of the CoDF report.

Could it be possible for AR to go Polish border and work on Logistics, there must be some who are very qualified and experienced in this field, more so hen PDF who really are used to a slow military process, no offence but real world can't operate in their space/pace or company would go under.
