I noticed in a photograph on the DF website that the Military Judge is wearing a distinctive collar badge which appears to show the scales of justice. Since there is only one such Judge at present, is this the rarest collar badges in the DF, if not the world? Does anyone else in the DF wear this badge apart from the Judge himself e.g. legal officers?

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
