There is a library in the Military College- the people there
are extremely helpful
you know about 1 An Cosantoir article- I bet they know about and have copies of
loads of other articles, reports, thesisessssssss and other such scholarly stuff.
give them a ring and I bet you they will give you all the help you need as well as a cup of horrible kidney stone inducing curragh tea.

Try the G4S website they do security analysis on a country by country basis on a monthly basis, Some very good sitaution awreness info in there. Ireland gets a mention from time to time.
