Currently came across this training program which is currently running in

UCD. Are there any members of the IDF (Irish Defence Forces) involved either

indirectly or directly with this particular program.

Get in Gear is a fitness programme that was established a few years ago in UCD. I would imagine this is a re-branding and more challenging version of the programme as in its original format it was perceived by some to be a bit tame...........
