I wondered too. Didn't some airsoft marketing use RDF pics lifted from the web too.

The Chinese crowd that make an Airsoft Steyr used an RDF pic on the cover of the manual. That clip looks like RTE news from the Easter parade a few years back.

I've always wondered about stuff like that. Do the makers of them game's have to ask permission to use clips like that or not cause it was at some stage in the public domain?
