    Sniper Pic

Yep the picture also appears on the ARW web page on the Defence Forces web site.

The Army is organised on conventional military lines providing a sufficiently flexible structure to carry out all the roles assigned by Government. The Army is a standing force and provides the primary capabilities for joint military operations at home and combined military Peace Support Operations abroad.

The top one is of the 2bn in Timor from An Cosanitor, the one in the river marked Klick 2002 is from the 20th bn website, the blurred out face guy on his own is from an army reserve recruiting poster, (ARW beret is dark green, Reservists wear the olive green) the rest are either from Military.ie, mostly non ARW or Special operations.com.
