    "Are they trying to shoot down the other drone? "

    "No, they're trying to fly the tank"

    It's both fascinating and scary stuff.

    This article in Wired breaks it down a bit, with slightly more understandable language and some of the implications

      Cyberwarfare !

      Well, you see why the US have a General heading their Cyberwarfare Command. Likewise the BA have a Col, i think ?
      South Korea have one to protect against China & North Korea.

      European Nations held a recent exercise 'Cyber Europe 2010', amongst the Public Service Depts, to establish interoperability in a cyber stress test.

      Will we see a uniformed dept in these waters ?

          and a burco
          Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
          Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
          The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere***
          The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
          The best lack all conviction, while the worst
          Are full of passionate intensity.

            Have they been given a phone line?

            Catch-22 says they have a right to do anything we can't stop them from doing.

              They even have a portable computer
              'He died who loved to live,' they'll say,
              'Unselfishly so we might have today!'
              Like hell! He fought because he had to fight;
              He died that's all. It was his unlucky night.
