Cyberwarfare !
Well, you see why the US have a General heading their Cyberwarfare Command. Likewise the BA have a Col, i think ?
South Korea have one to protect against China & North Korea.
European Nations held a recent exercise 'Cyber Europe 2010', amongst the Public Service Depts, to establish interoperability in a cyber stress test.
Will we see a uniformed dept in these waters ?
