First off not a big hole, one of the main reasons it fails as a dump pouch. Second, the kit inside the pouch packed properly will stop it from bouncing about and falling out. You brought up the fact I'm employed in an office even though it has no bearing on the discussion. I still do duties and exercises, same as you though I'll admit not as frequently
