Does anyone know for sure when this years training is starting for the new recruits ?
I heard it was starting on April, anyone know what date ?
And if it was to start on say the April 6th, what way does it work, do the new recruits go down on that day are do they go down before it and get shown around ?
Thanks people !!!
What recruits are you talking about? There are hundreds of army recruits all over Ireland. Which command, RDF or PDF...etc? Need to be a bit more specific!
As far as i know traing for the eastern command starts mid april.western command training starts on the30th of march. Not all fitness tests have been carried out in the eastern command yet.
In relation to the induction physical test for new recruits to the PDF, you have to do a min of 20 sit ups in 1 min. Are your feet held while doing these sit ups?
