Anyone have any results from the competition held over the weekend ?

23 Bn kinda cleaned up down there, not sure exactly what they won but it was enough. 5 Cav came 2nd in mens intermediate team(well done lads) 3 Cav came 3rd in same, I think 23Bn won it. 3 Cav came 2nd in novice team and again 23Bn won. 10Bn done fairly good too. 13Bn and 14Bn also getting medals for something.

I wonder who was running it.... wouldn't happen to be 23bn?

The 23BN usually win it every year regardless of where the competition is held and who is running it. They are just better than the competition simple as that no other reason.

I think it's obvious from your above post what unit you're with...

Somebody told me that the reason the 23rd win all the time is that their team are made up of "professional" orienteerers...the prizegiving is usually a guide as to how au fait they are with the basics of military training...

Or so I was told...

The reson we win a lot is that some of our officers have fetishes about orianteering and make us do it all day long.
