I would like to know how it acctually is (and was). What interests me much is the structure of the Irish cavalry. Could you please provide some info on that?

Am I to understand that this is classified information? I haven't supposed that such matters can be still kept secret today and this is why I asked.

Hi Petrus,

Sorry to do this on your first post but the Irish Army OrBatts are classified info and therefore it is illegal to publish them under the Official Secrets Act 1963.

You will get some info on military.ie.
